Coy Aune on set

Coy Aune is a Hollywood camera operator and fine art photographer based in Los Angeles. With credits spanning major feature films and television series, he has spent decades mastering the relationship between light, composition, and human experience.

Photography runs in his blood — his mother was a photographer and artist, and her Canon AE1 was the first camera he ever held. That early connection never left. Whether on a film set or deep in the open desert, Coy brings the same eye for light, composition, and quiet truth to every frame.

His fine art work has been licensed through commercial distributors and art licensing agencies, placing images in hotels, restaurants, and curated interior spaces worldwide.
